UV Absorbers (UVA)

To extend the service life of materials and maintain their appearance, UFC offers high-performance UV absorbers (UVA) as a key protection mechanism against ultraviolet degradation. Our UVAs effectively absorb ultraviolet radiation from sunlight—particularly in the UVA range (320–400 nm)—and convert it into harmless thermal energy. This prevents discoloration, embrittlement, and aging caused by prolonged UV exposure.

Our UV absorbers are widely used in plastics, coatings, films, and outdoor-exposed materials, ensuring long-term durability and surface quality even in harsh environments.
